These two are found by the
diode voltage turn-on and the diode leakage reverse current.
Measuring the
diode voltage at two currents is equivalent to the ADI or TI approach--the saturation current drops out of the equation.
where [t.sub.Q2dt] is the Q2 dead time, [I.sub.OLED] is the output current to the OLED and [V.sub.SD] is the intrinsic body
diode voltage drop of Q2.
Although the diodes [D.sub.3] and [D.sub.4] were not matched, there was no need for voltage sharing capacitors across the diodes since the
diode voltage rating (600 V) is significantly higher than the required diode blocking voltage (around 400 V).
Time varying
diode voltage ([V.sub.t](t)) and time varying avalanche zone voltage drop ([V.sub.a](t)) at any instant t can be obtained from the numerical integration of the field profile over the depletion layer and avalanche layer widths, respectively.
Figures 10(a) and 10(b) show the switch voltage,
diode voltage, and inductor current waveforms for the positive input voltage and negative voltage.
The authors in [13] designed a square microstrip antenna with 50 [OMEGA] impedance and used a 6-stage Schottky
diode voltage doubler to form an RF energy harvesting system at 900 MHz band.
Mean values for
diode voltage [V.sub.d] and current [I.sub.d] are measured (Fig.
The
diode voltage is a pulse train and it would be very convenient to insert an ac transformer at that location.
The equation of the tangent to this equi-resistance curve at the
diode voltage [V.sub.x] and corresponding current [I.sub.x] at temperature [T.sub.x] is given by
