dogleg brick
dogleg brick
A special brick not having a rectangular shape; instead, the edge along the narrowest side is not a straight line but forms an obtuse angle. These bricks are especially used where the face of a wall forms an obtuse angle; this avoids the use of cut bricks and a mortar joint where the face of the wall changes direction; an
angle brick.
