dooced," or being fired for blogging.

dooced, has been coined to refer to being fired for speech online, especially writing on blogs.
Armstrong, a stay-at-home morn in the Salt Lake City area with the dubious distinction of being one of the first people fired for what she wrote on her blog (an event that created the term to be "
dooced" which, according to the Urban Dictionary, means to be fired from your job because of your blog).
