To assess the limit of detection (LOD), 50 mL of a blank solution percolated via SPE column and then eluted with the
elution solution described above.
In this initial international study, subjects were randomized to receive either one of two models of the implant, each with different
elution rates, or topical travoprost.
The samples are then transferred from the wash buffer into the
elution buffer, where the labelled probes dissociate from the transcript-probe complex.
In the IFCC reference measurement procedure for determination of Hb[A.sub.1c], the HPLC-ESI/MS analysis makes use of a cyanopropyl column and a TFAcontaining
elution buffer.

To study the
elution behavior and the effect that the components of the culture medium produce in the retention of the polymers, the following solutions were analyzed at 35 [degrees] C using water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.
The
elution times for L-dopa and dopamine under these conditions were 7.82 [+ or -] 0.08 (SD; n = 19) and 13.25 [+ or -] 0.08 min (SD; n = 18), respectively.
Unlike in-gel digestion, in which some peptides never leave the gel, the whole protein sample is electrophoresed into the
elution modules.
