Most epidemiologists thus considered it important to show the amount of time that was needed for a proper evaluation:
"It is especially prior to conducting an evaluation that you should take the time and talk to each other about 'What information do we track?', 'What do we want to register?', 'Who feels responsible?' and ' Who is going to do it?
The current resurgence in outcomes-oriented evaluation is clearly not a new concept for program evaluation.
1.4 Relevance of evaluation to Agricultural Extension system

evaluation was 6.75 and in quantitative
evaluation was 6.40; which suggests that the students in descriptive
evaluation were in better condition but this difference was not statistically significant.
Started in 2016, AEW has established itself as a prominent forum for knowledge-sharing on cutting-edge ideas on
evaluation within Asia and the Pacific, as well as between other regions, including Africa and Latin America, with a view of enabling countries to strengthen and use
evaluation in their country context.

evaluation in Pakistan, we need to invest in building national
evaluation capacities and work with younger evaluators'.
The study is based upon concepts that encompass cognitive dissonance theory, alongside with students'
evaluation of teachers and courses.
