(2-5) In this report, we present a rare case of DA of the ICA occurring as a complication of
facial bones trauma.

facial bone fractures nasal bone fractures were commonest 21(47.7%), followed by Teeth dislocation 10 (22.2%), Jaw bone fracture were 8 (18.1%), and Maxillary fracture were only 5 (11.3%).
Facial bone fractures are one of the most common injuries and draw special attention from a great number of clinicians.
The explosion caused a severe facial injury, with deep lacerations and
facial bone fractures requiring surgery, and almost resulting in a lost eye.
