first-time user menu
A separate menu in an application that contains the five or six operations first-time users need in order to accomplish what the app was designed for. In actuality, with 10 operations maximum, the first-time user menu (FTUM) would make software intuitive for everyone. Unfortunately as of 2021, FTUMs are about as common as a three-dollar bill.
