The switching of the load is realized via the output power SSR relays, and is executed either by using the phase-control algorithm, or by using the full-wave control algorithm.
The voltage changes are solely of rectangular shapes for the full-wave control and thus, there are simplified approaches which may be used.
As a conclusion even for 10.5 kW of heating power the short time flicker will be exceeded, and thus, apart from the difficulties with control loop, this full-wave control is not suitable for direct connection to the distribution network.
