helices A, G and H using NMR and hydrogen deuterium (HD) exchange.
According to the results of several studies [7, 8], the number of amino acid residues in 3/10
helices is about 10 times lower than the number of residues in alpha
helices.
We emphasize the importance of the double stranded configuration of the particle, however, if the narrow directivity of the scattering is not necessary, an additional pairs of
helices can be added into the particle design for more omnidirectional scattering.
