The bottom ash -which is chopped further on in the crusher--gets through a pneumatic operated swinging ash damper and a special chute--which is equipped with a cleaning-door and a safety damper for water-outlet,--to the hydraulic ejector that mixing the bottom ash with the water, which is pumped from water basin of the water pump station.
In particular ASD notes that the direct drive high torque screw motor on the Janus copes easily with the stiff grade of polycarbonate used at the plant, and that the hydraulic ejector gives a "punchier" response than is typical with all-electric machines.
Options include a bottom hydraulic ejector, side ejector and the possibility of degazing.
