This study includes comparison between
lignocaine (2%) and
lignocaine (2%)--bupivacaine (5%) combination with their respective alkalinized forms to see--
Two groups were made; group-A received
Lignocaine 2mg/kg and group-B
Lignocaine 2mg/kg with dexamethasone 0.15mg/kg in continuous infusion over 30 minutes.
This study compared the blood glucose concentration in total of 60 patients with 30 patients in Group A
lignocaine without adrenaline and 30 patients in group B
lignocaine with adrenaline.
A prospective observational study of the effect of
lignocaine on pain during potassium chloride infusion was recorded in a continuous quality improvement database from March 2015 to May 2016.
4 ml of 2%
Lignocaine hydrochloride was injected around the edges of wound and closed with simple continuous suture using 3/0 polyglactin 910 in two layers viz.
It was compared with commonly used drug like
lignocaine.
In group A, one cartridge of
lignocaine solution was incorporated and in the group B two cartridges were incorporated in the material.
[9] The children were randomly divided into two groups: one received an injection of BPG diluted with 3.2 mL of sterile water, followed 1 month later by an injection of BPG diluted in
lignocaine hydrochloride 1%, and the second group received the same regimen in the reverse order.
The search items/MeSH terms included local anesthesia, methods,
lignocaine, EMLA, buffering, ethyl chloride, pain measurement, vapocoolant spray and injection pain prevention/control.
There is an apparent mismatch in the total number of medicines as in NLEM 2011, for instance Prednisolone was counted as 3 items ( prednisolone, prednisolone acetate and prednisolone sodium phosphate),
Lignocaine was counted as 2 items (
lignocaine and
lignocaine hydrochloride) and Glucose was counted as 2 items ( glucose and dextrose 25%).
The aim of this study was to determine whether pretreatment with alkalinised
lignocaine reduced the incidence and severity of pain during propofol injection.
Objective: To document safety for use, through recording changes in blood pressure and pulse rate, after administering 3.6 ml of a 2%
lignocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine dental local anaesthetic in a group of hypertensive patients.
