CH3OCH2OCH3 Flammable, volatile, colorless liquid boiling at 42°C; soluble in ether, hydrocarbons, and alcohol, partially soluble in water; used as a solvent and chemical intermediate, and in perfumes, adhesives, coatings. Also known as formal.
