monoclonal cryoglobulins tend to precipitate at higher temperatures, and it has been suggested that the higher the temperature at which cryoglobulins precipitate, the more dramatic the symptoms (1, 11).
Therefore,
monoclonal cryoglobulins that precipitate at temperatures >24[degrees]C might be missed.
