mouse emulator

Hardware or software for the disabled that simulates mouse movement and/or clicking. Various devices are available that let head and body movement perform operations. See dwell software and assistive technology.

It also features a Mouse Emulator that gives the user the ability to have computer mouse control built into their ECU.
I do know of one program, called the Mouse Emulator, that let's you do that.
