The fruit is a 5-winged inflated loculicidally dehiscent capsule, obcordate in outline, formed from a 5-carpellate ovary.
Leaves Leaflet form (i) narrow oblanceolate, (ii) oblanceolate, (iii) obovate, (iv) round, and (v) obcordate. Leaflet thickness (i) thin, (ii) slightly fleshy, and (iii) fleshy.
Leaves opposite to sub-opposite, petiolate; petiole 0.8-1 cm in length; blade elliptical, obovate to obcordate, 1.5-2.5 X 1-2 cm, apex rounded to slightly acuminate, base obtuse, eucamptodromous, olive green, semi-coriaceous.
