PARALINE DRAWINGS. Designers use paraline drawing techniques to project a plan-view drawing into a three-dimensional drawing.
Three common methods include section elevations, paraline drawings, and perspective drawings (Figure 2-41).
Perspective drawings are similar in some ways to section-elevation and paraline drawings. They typically provide a side view of the landscape rather than a plan view (Figure 2-53).
