power-failure speed ratio (V1/VR)
The ratio of decision speed (V1) and rotation speed (VR) for a given aircraft weight and runway dimensions. Those aircraft not associated with VR (rotation speed) use V1/V2 as a graphical representation of aircraft performance data.
