To date, a substantial body of evidence does suggest that blood pressure levels evolve over the course of life, driven by environmental factors superimposed on genetic risks, and modified by sex and race.
Sound pressure levels were taken inside the mechanical room at a fixed location 6 ft (1.8 m) away from the duct downstream of the first elbow and upstream of the tee fitting.
A portable continuous-wave Doppler device (ACC113; Huntleigh, Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom) was used to measure systolic blood pressure levels for ABI.
The measurement results of the equivalent-continuous A-weighted sound pressure level at different time intervals during the weekdays are presented in Table 1.
On the P-h diagram, state points 1 and 17 are at the high pressure level, state points 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 are at the intermediate pressure level, state points 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are at the medium pressure level and state points 10, 11 and 12 are at the low pressure level.
Association of poor physical function and cognitive dysfunction with high nocturnal blood pressure level in treated elderly hypertensive patients.
The results of acoustic parameters including maximum, minimum and the mean sound pressure level at each station are as the following Tabale 1.
where: [L.sub.1]--medium sound pressure level in the source room, dB; [L.sub.2]--medium sound pressure level in the target room, dB; T--measured time of reverberation, s;[T.sub.0]--reference reverberation duration, [T.sub.0] = 0.5 s.
Microphone was used to measure the sound pressure level which was placed above the surface of material.
(2) A meta-analysis of previously published sound level data from rock concerts revealed a mean sound pressure level of 103.4 dB(A) and, while the risk of permanent hearing loss is uncertain, TTSs have been documented.
Plaque levels in patients with high blood pressure--an average systolic blood pressure level (top number) greater than 140 mm HG or diastolic level (bottom number) higher than 90 mm HG--increased significantly, according to the study.
