The manuscript, in 
quires of ten, was copied by three scribes; however, it appears from its description that the three collaborated only in the first part (or fascicule) of the manuscript, 
quires 1-7, containing the Catiline.
This scribe began his text at a major textual division, the treatment of the Seven Deadly Sins, within 
quire 2.

The first two 
quires at their regular length of ten leaves could accommodate the Parts discretely: the ten leaves in 
quire 1 were sufficient to contain the Preface completely and Part 1 nearly completely (with the exception of the last fourteen lines), and the ten leaves of 
quire 2 could be devoted completely to Part 2, except for the top half of the first leaf.
