radar meteor with high accuracy, such as its direction, brightness, and speed, is difficult, if not impossible.
Although radar is one potentially powerful tool for this work,
radar meteor data are more difficult to interpret than visual data.
Typically this takes about 1,500 years for the 0.1-gram meteoroids responsible for run-of-the-mill visual meteors, and about 500 years for the 0.001-gram particles responsible for most
radar meteors.
