The triad of idiopathic nongonococcal urethritis, conjunctivitis, and subacute or chronic polyarthritis. Also known as arthritis urethritica; idiopathic arthritis; infectious uroarthritis.

Infection with pathogens associated with reactive arthritis was ruled out by negative serologic test results for Chlamydia spp.
Poststreptococcal reactive arthritis (PSReA) is a type of sterile arthritis which occurs after a beta-hemolytic streptococcal throat or skin infection.
Symptoms range from abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhoea to life-changing conditions including reactive arthritis.
