Kleerband[R] is a transparent polymer band with grease injection fittings and
relief vent plug that allows 360[degrees] of continuous inspection.
The extruder screws at the side stuffer move the materials forward while providing a
relief vent for entrapped air and moisture that is flashed.
Each FueLocker is fitted with a pressure
relief vent valve for additional safety, and a 2" (50mm) bulk discharge fitting assembly is optional.

Safety features include a gas detection system with wide temperature range, rapid air exchange function, pressure
relief vent, reinforced chamber door, safety door lock, control signal for external systems, and fire extinguisher system.
Section 9.4 of Standard 15-2007 prescribes equipment requiring pressure relief protection, limitations on the use of isolation valves in a
relief vent piping system, materials of construction for relief valves, and maximum changes in the relief valve's set pressure over time.
Options include a belt driven fan, explosion
relief vent and factory wired safety disconnect switch.
Horizontal dispensing requires a self-closing, Factory Mutual-approved faucet, pressure
relief vent, grounding wire, bonding wire and drip can.
