runway vacated
In radio communications, a transmission by the pilot meaning the aircraft has now vacated the active runway (i.e., the aircraft is now crossing the holding point and is completely on the taxiway). The phrase “… is clear of the runway” or “… is clearing the active” is more commonly used.
