To obtain the emergence speed index, manual sowing was performed in the field, with four replicates of 50 seeds for each combination of ozone concentration and
soaking period. The number of emerged seedlings was daily counted, up to the 14th day after sowing.
The pH value of the soaking solution increased rapidly in the initial
soaking period (0-15 d), which increased to 2.85 and 4.22 at the first stage for sulfuric acid solutions with pH = 1 and 3, respectively, indicating that the chemical reaction between the samples and acid solution is fierce during the first 15 days of immersion.
Enzymatic extraction: Five collection points were chosen: seeds at 0, 2, 12 and 24 hours after
soaking period and seedlings at 168 hours after the
soaking period.
The experiment was carried out at Postgraduate Agricultural Research Station, University of Agriculture Faisalabad during winter season (Rabi Season) 2014-15 to assess the best combination of optimum seed rate and
soaking period of wheat seed in water for relay sown wheat in standing cotton.
To evaluate the physiological potential of the seeds within each
soaking period, these were submitted to the germination test.
These holes might formed because the degradation of the Bioglass during the first time of
soaking period which are quite similar to the results observed by [12].
The minimum phytate level result was achieved for
soaking period of 24 hours and germination period of 72 hours.
Some small-scale growers use a splash of bleach or hydrogen peroxide during the initial 12-hour
soaking period to help kill any mold spores on the grain.

soaking period, halos can be created by dropping the temperature further down to 1050[degrees]C and increasing it back to 1100[degrees]C
Each bath began with a
soaking period of 15 minutes in warm mineral water.
Now, many materials are available for cleaning dentures and further research is going on to develop solution cleansers that maintain plaque free dentures with minimal
soaking period and not affecting the colour and surface characteristics of denture base resins.
