A small-batch mixer consisting of a rotating drum which can be tilted to discharge the contents; used for concrete or mortar.

tilting mixer
A horizontal-axis cement mixer whose drum can be tilted; the materials are fed in when the discharge opening of the drum is raised, and the mixture is discharged by tilting the drum.
