According to many authors, the
vermiform appendix is the only organ in the human body which has multiple definitive anatomical positions.
Intestinal gland-lined mucosa was identified and determined to be an autoamputated
vermiform appendix. Adhesions, bacteria, and acute and chronic inflammation were also present.
During dissection of the hernia sac, a tubular structure corresponding to the
vermiform appendix was discovered (Figures 1-4).

Although the rise of executive agreements seems to challenge the treaty clause, this important work confirms that the clause has not become the Constitution's
