The vesicular structure of the tube wall is either lacking or is not exposed on the attachment surface of the tube.

LpX is a unique Lp characterized by a vesicular structure that consists of a lipid bilayer of 30-70nm that encloses an aqueous compartment.
But all bets are off when a patient has LpX, because much or most of the cholesterol is not in atherogenic LDL or antiatherogenic HDL particles, but in seemingly atherogenically neutral vesicular structures containing almost nothing but unesterified cholesterol and phospholipids and no apoB.
Exosomes are small
vesicular structures that have been identified by electron microscopy to reside within microvesicles, membrane-bound organelles that reside in the cell cytoplasm (14).
The general consensus is that they are formed of amorphous electron dense material and surrounded by tubular and
vesicular structures. This was emphasized by Okamoto et al.
The exact role of these various
vesicular structures remains to be clarified.
Within the cytoplasm of the clear cells, there were large empty-looking
vesicular structures that probably represented ballooned mitochondria, as evidenced by the presence of occasional cristae (Figure 4).
When he and his colleagues analyzed laboratory ices, "to our surprise and delight, we found that
vesicular structures formed that looked very much like those we saw in the Murchison material," Deamer says.
It was observed in early spermatids at Golgi phase, formation of acrosomal granule contained in the acrosomal vesicle, spheroidal nucleus with rugous reticulum around it, and Golgi apparatus made up of lamellae and vesicular structures. At cephalic hood phase, the granule suffers flattening and the marginal fossa is formed.
The Golgi apparatus showed to be made up of lamellae, saculations and vesicular structures, keeping relations of adjacence with the endoplasmatic reticulum, forming a discontinuous cover around it (Fig.
