wiggle mode

The operating state in Apple's mobile devices that lets users delete and move icons around the screen. Also called "jiggle mode," it is activated by tapping and holding any icon for a couple of seconds until all the icons start fluttering. Pressing the Home button exits wiggle mode. See iPhone.
