"The next dog, Happy 2, was a wire-haired vizsla that was just as loving in nature, just as easy to train but with a pinch more 'thickness,' more deliberate, a pinch less excitable, not quite as sensitive and a wired coat.

My dog Lizzy and Sarah's dog Zia, both German Wire-haired Pointers, as well as Zach's Lab Lannie, certainly enjoy being near people where they can be petted.
