MSXML
(MicroSoft XML Core Services) A library of XML routines from Microsoft that enable Windows applications to create and parse XML content. MSXML supports all the common XML interfaces and functions (DOM and SAX interfaces, XPath queries, XSD, etc.) as well as Microsoft's own API (see SOM).
