Parallel Sysplex

IBM's mainframe clustering architecture. It allows multiple computers to work together as a single system. Supporting data sharing with guaranteed integrity, extensive resource sharing and sophisticated workload balancing, a Parallel Sysplex cluster uses one or more Coupling Facilities to connect machines together.
