If condom use labels are assigned based on the proportion of sex acts for which condoms are used, which is a fundamental assumption underlying the use of ordinal labels in assessing condom use, then the same label should be assigned to condom use for 10 of 20 acts as is assigned to condom use for 50 of 100 acts.
When New Zealand police investigated a man suspected of coercing girls from poor families into engaging in sex acts for money with himself and a circle of male acquaintances, they found some unusually damning evidence.
Although the insured is covered for his prior acts for a lengthy period in the future, this type of insurance coverage should not be treated as a separate and distinct capital asset.
