accessibility

Refers to hardware and software technologies that help visually or physically impaired people to use the computer. For example, the Accessibility Options control panel in Windows provides keyboard, mouse and screen options for people who have difficulty typing or seeing the screen. See assistive technology.

Coville states a number of times that part of his mission in his adaptations is to bring Shakespeare down from his pedestal and show young readers how accessible he is, but ironically the very existence of what he calls his "line" argues against approachability and relevance: if the plays need adaptation, then they must necessarily be unapproachable and irrelevant in the original, and thus is his purpose overthrown.
They also completed a survey in which they rated and then further described their cooperating teacher's abilities in the following categories: communication skills, accessibility, approachability, classroom management, professionalism, ability to critique, co-plan, and provide positive reinforcement, constructive criticism, and alternatives for practices needing improvement.
Grohe also says you must create a climate of approachability.
