Fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflectance spectra of the wine and wine distillates were analyzed using data analysis techniques: principal component analysis and partial least square analysis.
On the other hand, the chemical changes recorded by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTTR) can provide valuable information about the oxidative attack taking place in the polymer backbone, whereas the thermal and mechanical response of the obtained materials, explored by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and tensile testing, respectively, are important characteristics for the end use.
The suspensions were placed onto a multiple-bounce zinc-selenide crystal plate for attenuated total reflectance (ATR) analysis.
