A sprinkler system, all of whose parts are filled with water at sufficient pressure to provide an immediate continuous discharge if the system is activated.

A sprinkler system in which all piping and sprinkler heads, at all times, are filled with water under pressure; the system discharges immediately when a sprinkler head operates, and the water continues to flow until the system is shut off.
