Summary: Balanced Budget of Turkmenistan for Fiscal 2010 Reduces Dependence on Gas Revenues Ashgabat, 14 November 2009 (nCa) --- Turkmenistan has presented balanced draft budget for fiscal 2010, clearly designed to trim down reliance on gas revenues.
He added that a conscious effort has been made to produce a balanced draft document, KUNA news agency reported.
The current estimated cost of the project is approximately $550 million, which includes converting all three generating units from forced draft to balanced draft operation to improve plant reliability.
