We further analyzed the data to determine whether weighting individual predictors according to the relative size of the beta coefficients increases the prognostic accuracy of the model. To further investigate the factors which were found to be significant, the standardized Beta coefficients provide a measure of the contribution of each variable to the model. Table 3 shows the significant variables in the model, with their unstandardized and standardized beta coefficients. |
