OASIS: Falling Down VERDICT: ***** ONE of the highlights of the Dig Out Your Soul album, this Noel Gallagher-penned and sung song is characteristically blissed out and psychedelic with lyrics that are suitably obtuse, although I'm sure they mean something to the writer.
