Brachiosaurus [‚brā·kē·ə′sȯr·əs]
(paleontology)
A herbivorous sauropod dinosaur, 90 feet (27 meters) long and weighing 85 - 110 tons, from the Late Jurassic that had a very long neck.

This show includes original drawings of dinosaurs, real fossils, a meteorite, full-scale models of a tyrannosaurus skull, a 7-foot brachiosaurus thigh bone, fossil replicas for the kids to dig up and a coloring sheet to take home.
Immense sauropods such as Paralititan and Brachiosaurus probably used their remarkably long necks to browse on treetop vegetation.
Here, as in the first book, the humor comes from Teague's placement of hulking brachiosaurus, velociraptor, and others into ordinary, kid-size environments.
