calendaring

Using an electronic calendar to keep track of events. Calendars can be set up to alert you at a certain time or at recurring times. Group calendaring can alert an entire team as well as let users view each other's calendars. It often includes group scheduling, which allows a user to set up a meeting with project members. Team members are automatically e-mailed, and the program waits for the collective responses.

GroupWise Calendars
Electronic calendars generally provide multiple views including day, week and month. Multiple calendar views are available in Novell's GroupWise collaboration system.
