Consett-based Avoco UK will supply a call routing service to the rugby club in a deal which is set to save the club up to 40% in call costs.
All of Ifbyphone's products have been enhanced, including their popular Voice Broadcasting, interactive voice recognition (IVR) and Call Routing services.
