It's practically calorie-free and contains zero fat.
Resolved: Stick to water or other calorie-free beverages like flavored seltzer or plain coffee or tea (with a spoonful of milk or sugar if you prefer).
This calorie-free stuff (with Splenda) does wonders for coffee drinks and is awesome for guilt-free pina coladas, too.
