Relationships between functional capacity measures and baseline psychological measures in chronic pain patients.
The models related an implied capacity measure (calculated as the industrial production index for an industry divided by survey data on utilization rates for the industry) to an industry capital input measure and a variable that measures the average age of the industry's net capital stocks.
The report also includes the funding and capacity measure.
