Cashbook

Cashbook 

a bookkeeping register for the accounting of cash movements. All cash operations immediately after they are made are registered in the cashbook, with the number designation of the cash document backing the cash receipt or payment, the name of the person who turned in or received the money, and the amount of the operation. Cashbook accuracy is supervised by the chief (senior) bookkeeper of the economic organization.
