The Sohar Refinery, just completed, has a crude oil unit with a capacity of 116,400 b/d and a residue fluid catalytic cracking unit with a capacity of 75,260 b/d. At the Memphis refinery, the technology was selected as part of an overall emissions reduction project on the 60,000 barrel per day Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU). Another project has added a digital control system and a fluid catalytic cracking unit. |
