comedocarcinoma [¦kä·mə·dō‚kärs·ən′ō·mə]
(medicine)
A type of adenocarcinoma of the breast in which the ducts are filled with cells which, when expressed from the cut surface, resemble comedos.

The ductal structures featured well-defined areas of central necrosis that resembled comedocarcinoma of the breast (figure).
In addition, the architecture of these lesions, as well as the lack of apocrine features (as illustrated in the Figure), is different from the more common solid type of comedocarcinoma.
In most cases, the lactiferous ducts directly connected to the Paget disease contain comedocarcinoma.
