Tokyo, Japan, Sept 15, 2005 - (JCNN) - Tokyo-based web content filtering software developer Digital Arts has developed i-FILTERING for Netcafe (cybercafe), a filtering application for deployment at cybercafes where anyone can access the Internet. ``Many of the regulations we already had in place,'' said Eddie Lutfi, 31, owner of Netopia cybercafe in Northridge, which was undergoing a renovation last week. Cybercafe owners challenged the rules, which they say invade privacy and unduly burden free speech. |
