For a laboratory simulation, use actual nickel solids from the end of a series of densifications.
Set up the process to hold the liquid level as constant as possible throughout all densifications to allow the upper impeller to be placed close to the surface.
This ensures that no partial discharges, apart from auto partials, will be required, and that sufficient seed surface area is available right up until the last densification.
