The mask was then used for photo etching of the copper-clad dielectric test sheet.
Testing of Properties of the Samples A LCR meter from Yokogawa-Hewlett Packard model HP 4284A (20 Hz to 1 MHz) equipped with dielectric test adaptor model 16451A (Yokogawa-Hewlett Packard), having parallel-plate micrometer-typed electrodes was used to determine dielectric properties of the samples including the capacitance, a corresponding dielectric constant and a loss tangent of dielectric material.
