If they are duplicating material then web sites suffer.
Not only might you be able to get credit for courses you have already taken at the college level, but your course of study will also be carefully structured so that you will not be duplicating material.
And next time you discard the Welsh or English section of a form or report, just think of the utter waste of duplicating materials and resources, and of the cost of printing and postage.
